"Apex Remodeling renovated two bathrooms and the kitchen in our NYC co-op. We're 98% complete and are very happy with how the whole project turned out. He and his team are communicative, professional and do great work. In a NYC co-op it's also really important to have a good relationship with the Superintendent, which Paul made an effort to do from the beginning. There were small design issues that Paul saw and made suggestions that he thought we'd be happier with, which was helpful since we're not designers and never would have known that until it was too late. He also made effort to work quickly/on time (total 11 weeks). We're working through our punch list and it's extremely short. If Paul saw any small issues along the way, he corrected immediately instead of waiting until the end. My husband and I were both surprised that the renovation process was not painful and we really didn't have to worry. We're moving in shortly and looking forward to living in the space that Paul has helped us create!"
